Hi, I'm Kimberly Meléndez, Senior Investment Advisor at Panamigos Realty.
I have 4 years in real estate, but my story starts before that. I spent 5 years in the hotel industry working in customer service — an experience that turned out to be my greatest advantage when transitioning into real estate. I learned to read people, understand their needs, and guide them through important decisions.
My philosophy is simple: it's not about selling, it's about adding value. Every client comes with a unique situation, and my job is to understand it fully so I can guide them toward the right decision.
